Weebly have recently made some major update to the platform. Usually when ever Weebly make major update, it can affect the platform. It can take up to a few weeks for everything to work itself out. Recently, font style editing seem to be a common issue with a lot of Weebly users. The issue is gradually resolving itself and we are seeing less people having this problem. Here are some tips that can help you work around this issue until Weebly work itself out.
- Use Chrome. We find that a lot of the font styling issue does not show up in Chrome. Avoid Firefox and Internet Explore when possible since we find the bugs is worst in these two browser. Safari seems to work well, but if it is possible, use Chrome. It will save you a lot of headaches!
- Do not copy and paste any content in any text areas. Insert the content manual by click and type.
- If you have previously copied content, in the header text, click into the text area and delete everything. Click out of the text editing so the dummy text show up again. Click back into the text area to insert your content.
- If you have previously copied content, in drag & drop text tools, delete the entire section and drag & drop new text section into content.
